Amazing last couple days with the XC team for our off week. Senior sunrise, a couple birthdays and a trip to the Arsenal to go out some miles on our legs! Three day weekend ahead and then it’s on to weeks of competition!

Today at the Adams 14 District Rally, four life-changing awards were given out to high school students and THREE of them were given to Track and Field athletes! Please take time to read what these amazing student-athletes earned.

Sam Thomas was given an award by Regis University and Adams 14 for being a standout student in ACHS’s future program. This award grants her early admission into Regis University and a conditional job offer at Adams 14 following her college graduation. Regis University Adams 14 School District

Mayte Ramos was awarded a conditional job offer at Accenture a global business consulting company. This was because of her academic excellence in the Business pathway and commitment to her future. Accenture US and Canada

Camila Guzman was awarded an offer of commitment for a job as a nurse for Kaiser! Camila goes above and beyond in the Health Sciences pathway and is well on her way to becoming a nurse! Kaiser Permanente Careers Kaiser Permanente Colorado

We are so proud of these amazing student-athletes, and are so happy that they choose to spend their time on our team while also prioritizing their future. 🦅🧡💚

Our team battled hard yesterday and came in second place overall (Boys and Girls combined.) Our girls team came in second and our boys team tied for second.

Here are the athletes that came home as league champions: The boys 4x4 team, Leslie for the 300mh, Eder for both the 1600 and the 3200 and Arianna Blue for EVERY SINGLE EVENT SHE WAS IN. This season was unforgettable, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉
