Laura Stansbury, a certified personal trainer through the highly accredited American Council on Exercise, has been honing her professional skills in fitness since 2007. Filled with energy and enthusiasm, Laura has been helping clients across the Denver Metro area dream big and achieve bigger since she first entered the fitness arena. She has since run five marathons, insisting all hurdles can be o
vercome with the right level of determination. Laura does not attribute her fitness accomplishments to any sort of innate Lance Armstrong pedigree. Like most other people, she has had to earn her place in the fitness world. Personal experience has left Laura with the sincere belief that weight and talent should never serve as inhibitors to fitness dreams and life ambitions. We all have them, bucket list items we once hoped to accomplish. Everyone knows that life always has a way of getting in between us and our lofty ambitions. It’s based on that line of logic that Laura founded Crew Dog Fitness. At CDF, fitness is not the end state goal, dreams are. And at CDF dreamers are expected to dream big. Laura found that setting her sites on big dreams helped her to see past the daily struggles of training and toward the end state goals she so desperately desired. For some clients, the ability to summit a Colorado 14’er with their son or daughter might be that end state goal. For others, a marathon or triathlon might be that thing they never imagined they’d have the strength to accomplish. And for others still, the ability to enjoy an outdoor afternoon with their grandchildren might be that big day they’d always dreamt of. CDF cares about the dreams of each and every client and whether it be through group Boot Camps or personal training sessions, Laura remains committed to providing the necessary accountability, encouragement and expertise required to make it happen. Don’t join the CDF team for a New Year's change. Join it for a life change.
