We may have made a small tactical error this weekend...

We said, “Let’s just make a few changes to the school.”

Several days, a lot of carpet, a pile of furniture, and some questionable decision-making later... Reunion Martial Arts has a whole new look.

My wife, daughter, and I spent the weekend:
• Replacing the carpet
• Reorganizing the mats
• Moving the seating area
• Creating a LOT more usable training space

The result? More room to kick, punch, move, train, and generally avoid accidentally launching someone into the parent seating area.

We’re really happy with how it turned out, and we can’t wait for everyone to see it.

Our dojang is getting a serious upgrade, and we’re pretty excited about what’s coming.

A few dates to get on the calendar now:

🇺🇸 Closed for Labor Day: Monday, September 7
🎬 Movie Night: Friday, September 18 at 7:00 PM
🥋 Review Week: September 21-25
🚨 Final stripe/homework deadline: September 25, no exceptions
🥋 Testing: September 30, October 1, and October 2

This month’s silver stripe character development theme is NO EXCUSES, so we’ll be focusing on responsibility, follow-through, preparation, and doing what needs to be done even when it isn’t easy.

We’re also excited to have a long-term home for future graduations and tournaments at Rocky Mountain Lutheran High School.
