It’s OFFICIAL! Stone Fitness is retiring. (Me- Sarge!…) Effective MARCH 1, Karie Lyons of Lyons Fitness will be the new owner/instructor of Comfort classes. It’s been a blast my friends! I’m ready to head to my next chapter. ❤️
Look for Lyons Fitness to offer personal training, group fitness, Pilates, nutrition counseling etc. Brooke will still be teaching too. Classes held at Comfort Park Pavilion. Contact Karie Lyons for more info at: [email protected]

Mon June 7..8:15a classes will be held at the Lobby Coffee Shop Auditorium! Across from Wells Fargo on 7th St. in Comfort. Big room, great A/C, good floor. Head to Lobby after workout for coffee, spritzers or breakfast! eggs/bacon/avocado toast...and soon to come SMOOTHIES! 8:15am Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri
