Cori White has been working on her pull-up/chin-up for a while now, and she’s accomplished it twice now on 2 separate occasions. Every Wednesday a few of the ladies in the 8:30 class work on their pull-up/chin-up. And Cori’s kryptonite is the pull-up (however, she has one of the prettiest back squats in our gym - if not the prettiest).
It could literally not make us more proud to see Cori work hard, not give up, and accomplish her goal.
Be like Cori - set goals and don’t give up, y’all!!
