If you wanna get stronger, then EVENTUALLY you’re going to have to push it hard. HOWEVER, if you workout like this every workout, then it’s only a matter of time before you get hurt. Time and place for everything. Get a coach to help guide you.

We are so impressed by Jayna Johnson‘s movement patterns. She moves so well! We feel like we’ve seen a lotta people struggle with Barbell Rows, and Jayna’s nailing them right here.

We believe the barbell row is such a staple in lifting weights, and can yield huge results if you learn to perform them correctly.
