You don’t need a gym to do a great workout that counts. If you struggle with making yourself workout on your own get a friend to workout with. Journal to keep yourself accountable and for looking back at how far you’ve come.

Started out on the treadmill then went outdoors for a 5k. It is so nice and warm. Have you walked today? You dont have to run. Do a few minutes of squats, lunges, etc☀️ 🫶
I have aways preached it’s never too late to start getting healthy. I follow lots of fitness people & trainers on a different app and just had to include the following story. I told him he was a great son and congratulations to his mother for trusting him and believing him because a lot of people don’t think this is the answer. They dont feel good so they think there’s no way they can change what’s happened to them. I am so happy for this lady.
