Paddocks are built with continuous fencing and are quite sturdy. Multiple dining and hotel options are available 15 minutes away in downtown Comanche TX. We have good cell phone service here and great views!

Covered paddock/stall and rv hookup rental by the night! Private arena rental at reasonable rates (rental includes up to 10 riders and unlimited horses!).

Stall/paddock and rv hookup rentals require a 50% deposit to hold. Venmo and Zelle accepted. No refund if cancelled 2 days or less prior to booking date. I.e. book a Saturday overnight, no refund if cancelled Thursday or after. Arena rental requires a 50% non refundable deposit to hold unless you are a regular who shows up or makes good (and I appreciate it!!).

Here are our overnight rates for stalls and rv hookups. Rental includes use of our covered arena, covered round pen, and warmup arena providing there are no events or private rentals and such at the time. All stalls are built with heavy steel continuous fencing and gates. All are at least half covered with excellent cross ventilation.

We are located 15 minutes from downtown Comanche TX. Comanche boasts excellent fine dining at the Harvest restaurant, great made to order takeout at Dogs nā€™ Links, and many more restaurants. Comanche has several hotels including a Best Western. Our town has a charming square with shops and restaurants and events. Our Gold Sponsor, Comanche Pipe and Steel (325) 356-5969, is available for all your welding needs including aluminum should your trailer need repair. And should you fall in love with Comanche, Duke Barnes (325) 330-1762, of Armstrong Real Estate is available to show you the best available properties.

We are pleased to offer covered paddocks and rv hookups (50 and 30 amp) for travelers looking to overnight here in Comanche TX. Paddock rental includes use of our arenas (covered and open) provided no event or private rental is underway. Our paddock sizes are 10ā€™x20ā€™, 15ā€™x30ā€™, and 10ā€™x40ā€™. All are at least half covered. 2 water spigots are located at the paddocks and rv hookups. No dump station but there is one in town. We have a covered roping return alley with 3 sections plus holding pens should someone be overnighting with livestock. Negative coggins required. Please call us for pricing 254-979-7433
