Let’s revisit the question: why Pilates and why now?

Personally, Pilates has been a GAME CHANGER in my weekly exercise routine.

Do I still strength train? Yes.
Do I still run? Yes.
Do I still do HIIT workouts? Yes.

But Pilates has transformed my core to a whole other level.

My posture? Beautiful.
My back? Feels amazing!
Stress? Down.

After having my daughter, there was some major rebuilding that needed to be done. And finding Pilates helped me do just that.

Consistency is key though. Like anything, you’re not going to see results after 1-2 sessions.

💪🏽Pulse Strength is for those who want to feel STRONG without feeling WRECKED.

It’s a full-body strength class that focuses on controlled movements, time under tension, and intentional pacing- so you actually feel what you’re working.

Expect:
• Strength work that builds week to week
• Low-impact, joint-friendly movements
• Clear coaching with plenty of options
• A pace that challenges you without burning you out

This class is offered 2-3x per week because consistency is where results happen.

If you’ve been wanting a class you can come back to again and again and continue to be challenged, Pulse Strength could be a great place to start.
