Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. Classes include power walking or jogging and intervals of body toning using resistance bands. Great for any level exerciser!

1 in 4... that's the number of women who have difficulty getting pregnant or carrying a pregnancy to term. 🤍
Does that number surprise you? As a society, we don't talk about it very often, but the reality is that infertility is a serious medical condition that affects both men and women. It can be emotionally, mentally, and financially draining... and questions like these are only reminders of the struggles that some desiring mothers and current mamas have experienced.
Can we collectively vow to do better? 🙏 Our goal is to lift up all who desire and are in pursuit of motherhood. Your FIT4MOM community is here for you as you courageously pursue your journey to motherhood. You are not alone, Mama. We support you.

-Favorite thing about FIT4MOM? "Can I say....All the things!? Honestly when I first joined a year ago I didn't realize FIT4MOM was exactly what I've been missing in motherhood. I'm not originally from Ohio and after becoming a first time mom in 2020 life got a bit lonelier to say the least. For me, Fit4mom checked all boxes in self care, mamahood/community, and playdates. It really helped me get out my post partum blaaaa-ness after having my 2nd baby. I love that I'm teaching my kids that exercise isn't a chore- it can be fun and part of our daily life

Join us at our Powell locations at Village Green and Adventure Park every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am for a 60 minute workout!
You don’t need a jogging stroller to come to a stroller class!
