GREAT class this morning with this fun, inspirational group. Lead by the GREAT Mike Gross at Harper's Elite Fitness. Cardio mixed with weight traing bootcamp/framework. One stop shop. We appreciated it ......after we were done LOL! And I HAVE to say Thanks to my Beasty, Boss, Babes who came out. I sent out a message yesterday saying " deadly bootcamp/class Saturday 10am . I'm not teaching I'm dying with you, and I have no idea what we will be doing." They came and conquered and as promised we died together LOL!! Love you ladies y'all are the BEST! Can't wait until next time.

Last practice was a fun one. I always tell the kids no matter what get up and finish. If you fall or mess up, you get up and FINISH! It can be embarrassing sometimes, but who cares. It's all about how you handle it. So we did a walk off challenge. Which is just doing some type , curtsey, bow, DAB, etc. out of a tumbling pass. We had some REALLY good ones. I was VERY VERY HAPPY to see some of them come out of their shells. They inspired me to do it with them. We will definitely do this again. BRAVO LADIES !!!❣❣❣

Go hard or home.
We played around with some front tumbling. I love the dramatics that go with these. Always brings a smile to my face. We have one more week ladies, LET'S GO!!
