🍎🍂SEPTEMBER RECIPE ALERT: CINNAMON ROLL APPLE COBBLER!🍂🍎

Okay friends… if you love apple pie AND cinnamon rolls I may have just found your new favorite fall dessert. 😍

And the best part?

👉 It’s ridiculously EASY.

Like “people will think you baked all afternoon and we’re just going to let them believe that” easy. 😂

🍎 CINNAMON ROLL APPLE COBBLER

You only need:
🍏 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
🍎 1 can apple pie filling
✨ ½ teaspoon cinnamon
🤍 The icing from the cinnamon rolls

Here’s what you do:

Cut each cinnamon roll into about 4 pieces.

Mix the cinnamon roll pieces with the apple pie filling and cinnamon.

Pour everything into a greased baking dish.

Bake at **350° for about 30–35 minutes**, or until those cinnamon rolls are golden and cooked through.

Then comes the important part…

**DRIZZLE THAT ICING ALL OVER THE TOP!** 🤤

And if you really want to throw caution to the wind…

🍨 Add a big scoop of vanilla ice cream while it’s still warm.

GOOD. GRIEF. 😋

Your house will smell amazing, your family will think you’ve become Betty Crocker, and you barely broke a sweat. 😂

🍕🧀 SEPTEMBER 5th IS NATIONAL CHEESE PIZZA DAY! 🧀🍕

And if we're talking pizza, I have to give a shout-out to a place that will ALWAYS have my heart…

❤️ Carmen’s Pizza in Warren, Ohio! ❤️

I don't live in Warren anymore, but I grew up there, and no matter how many pizza places I try, Carmen’s has been—and probably always will be—my FAVORITE pizza. 🍕😍

That delicious cheese…the sauce…and those big SQUARE pieces. None of those little party-cut squares for me. Give me a piece I can actually sink my teeth into! 😂

Apparently, Moe agrees. Although, to be fair, his pizza-review system is pretty simple:
**Is it food? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** 🐾😂

There are certain foods from your hometown that just taste like **HOME**, and Carmen’s is definitely one of those for me. ❤️

So, in honor of **National Cheese Pizza Day**, I want to know:

🏢⚡DATA CENTERS ARE COMING TO CENTRAL OHIO… BUT WHAT’S ACTUALLY GOOD ABOUT THEM?

Data centers are becoming a BIG conversation across Central Ohio — and there are definitely strong opinions about them.

So instead of lumping everything into one video, I decided to break this topic into TWO PARTS: The PROS and The CONS.

👉 PART ONE: THE PROS OF DATA CENTERS

What could a data center actually bring to a community?

💰 Additional tax revenue
🏫 Potential funding for schools and local services
👷 Construction jobs
🍔 Increased business for local restaurants, hotels and services
🛣️ Infrastructure improvements
💻 Technology investment
📈 A larger commercial tax base without adding thousands of new residents

And when we're talking about projects involving potentially hundreds of millions or even BILLIONS of dollars in investment, it's worth understanding where that money goes and how a community could benefit.

⚠️ BUT I want to be VERY clear about something.

I'm NOT FOR data centers and I'm NOT AGAINST data centers.

I'm a Realtor who lives and works in Central Ohio, and I think we need to understand what's happening around us — especially when these projects could affect our communities, schools, infrastructure and real estate.

My goal with these videos isn't to tell you WHAT to think.

It's to give you information so you can decide FOR YOURSELF.
