We are happy to announce & introduce the latest addition to our coaching staff, Coach Erik Jablonka! 🎉🥳

Quick Bio:
“I’m married and my wife goes to the gym. She got me involved in CrossFit even though after my first class I swore I would never do it again. Legit took 6 months to finally go back. I worked for Cisco food services for 13 years and I changed careers and I have been teaching for 13 years. I am an intervention specialist and I work with students with learning disabilities at New Albany high school where I teach algebra and humanities. I have been an avid scuba diver for 27 years. The biggest thing for me is I love helping people! “

Mastering this dynamic exercise directly enhances your ability to perform advanced calisthenic maneuvers like muscle-ups, as well.
