MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT.....We are cancelling the 2024 AAG.

This year has been a roller coaster in the lead up to the 2024 Arnold Sports Festival. The ASF came out with a floor layout in October with us having 9000 sq ft on the north side of the expo hall like in the past years. Then the fun started....last month after we opened registration they said they were moving us to a 60,000 sq ft building at the fairgrounds alone, OK, more room for FUN, then a week later it was a 10k building. Now they say thier is a 50/50 chance we end up back in the main expo area.

Spectator tickets this year will also be $50 a DAY!!!

All this as well as declining participation in local comps, higher costs to put on events as well as the always present issue of the CrossFit Open during The Arnold have led Dude, I and our team to decide to regroup for 2025. We hope everyone understands.

Here are the workouts separate from the video.

We are trying very hard to keep the prices down this year. The event company that runs the Arnold is charging each athlete for wristbands this year. We have included that in the cost and to keep costs down we have made shirts an extra option. If you get shirts they will have you last name or custom team name on them.

Early Bird pricing is $110 per person(220 a team of 2). Where else can you get a 2 day comp for $110 a person that also gives to access to the largest fitness event is the WORLD!

Day 1 Workouts for both the 2 Person and 3 Person events. Some barbells, some erg's, a metcon to round out a good test for day 1. Day 2 will be released on Feb 1st. That being said, expect pullups and toes to bar/rings for 2 person and moderate weights and muscle ups, handstand walks and heavier weights for 3 person!
