Happy Birthday to our amazing Youth Services staff member, Kaitlin! 🎉

From taking her very first Barre class, to joining our Youth Services team, it didn't take long for Kaitlin to fall in love with Novo—and we're so glad she did!
If you've ever dropped your little one off at the studio, chances are you've experienced Kaitlin's kind heart, welcoming smile, and the genuine care she gives to every child who walks through our doors. She helps create a fun, safe space so parents can enjoy class knowing their kiddos are in great hands. 🤍

When she's not keeping our youngest Novo members entertained or taking classes with her friends, you can find her hanging out with friends, hunting for the best thrift finds, or playing Mahjong. She's also our resident travel enthusiast—her favorite adventure was visiting New York City with her mom to see Hamilton on Broadway, so don't be surprised if you catch her singing along to the soundtrack (or a worship song!) throughout the day. 🎭✨ Outside of Novo, Kaitlin stays busy as the Social Media Coordinator at River of Life Church, babysits and dog sits, and somehow balances it all while being a full-time student at CSU.

Happy Birthday to our incredible co-owner, Ellen! 🎉

It was her “crazy idea” that popped in her head 14 years ago that started this whole thing! And once she walked through those doors, put on the mic, and turned up the music to teach that first class, it was home. She’s been sharing her light and energy with this community ever since. 💜

No matter what class she teaches, Ellen brings a contagious energy, an incredible playlist, and a whole lot of heart to every class. (And if there's a new variation of malasana involved, we're pretty sure you're smiling even bigger. 😉)

Outside the studio, Ellen is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, passionate about helping others live healthier lives and empowering moms to advocate for their families. She is a stay-at-home mama to her two sweet boys, Leo and Lowen, who are her entire world. When she's not at Novo, you'll likely find her traveling with her family (30 countries and counting! ✈️), dancing, singing songs to her boys, embracing low-tox living, or planning her next adventure.

Ellen makes every class feel like a celebration—sweating, smiling, and shaking it alongside some of the strongest women we know. From unforgettable Twerkshops to leading healthy living workshops, she does it all with passion and enthusiasm that radiates.
