Elevate is where strength meets flow—train hard, move intentionally, and recover with purpose. 💪 It’s a music-driven, 45-minute full-body workout that builds strength, stability, endurance, and balance through intentional movement and high-energy training.
Using the 15 lb Bala Beam, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, the class is structured in three training blocks—each combining strength, cardio, and vinyasa-inspired movement. You’ll move through functional strength sequences, elevate your heart rate with athletic cardio intervals, and then recover with a mobility-focused flow designed to stretch, reset, and restore before the next block. ✨
