We cater our services to various audiences, from the serious competition fighter to the average community member who wants do something more than just going to the gym to get in shape. We are also here for the children whose parents are looking for an extra-curricular activity that will produce a life time of rewards and benefits. We do this by challenging them to follow discipline, be respectful,

while developing their own confidence and personal courage. These services currently include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Women Self Defense, and Fitness Kickboxing. Seasonal kid's camps are other programs we offer that focus' on teaching children techniques to deal with real life situations such as Bullying, First Aid, CPR, Leadership and how to live a healthy lifestyle. We can also develop a custom experience for any corporation or group that is looking for an event that will safely introduce Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Women Self Defense as a vehicle towards physical fitness, weight loss, self-defense and a health oriented life style. To teach, coach and mentor our students in the ways of health and fitness through Martial Arts Instruction.
