Columbus Cobras u10 2011 Nations Baseball Ohio State Champion (Runner-Up) The Columbus Cobras Baseball Association was founded in 1985.

We are a competitive travel team organization from Central Ohio who has competed against teams from 49 states and 18 different countries. The Cobras pride themselves on excellent character, hard work and a great coaching staff. It is the vision of this program to teach each player, through quality instruction and repetition, the fundamental aspects of baseball while stressing team concepts, a comp

etitive spirit, a commitment to excellence and respect for the game. Our goal is to develop quality athletes, motivated participants as well as outstanding young men. Most importantly we are providing a vehicle for the boys to have fun and excel in traveling baseball! Our coaching philosophy is quite simply a variation of the Golden Rule. We will coach the players the way that we would like our own children to be coached. An emphasis will be placed on discipline, accountability, respect and a commitment to excellence. We want to provide the most positive experience possible for the players. We will ensure successful player-coach, coach-coach and parent-coach relationships by emphasizing open communication, trust and honesty between all parties. The Cobras have participated in the past in the CABA, NABF, USSSA, AAU, Dizzy Dean, Hap Dumont and the USTOC. The Cobras are considered by many to be one of the top amateur baseball organizations in the country. Many of the Cobras alumni have played major college and professional baseball.
