Learn the individual moves of

- Grasp the Sparrow´s tale

o Ward off: stationary, retreating, and advancing
o Roll back: stationary and retreating
o Yield chest: stationary and retreating
o Push: advancing
o Press: advancing

- Grasp the Sparrow´s tale to the diagonals of da lu

- Practice solo and with a partner, practicing distance and timing from Grasp the Sparrow’s Tail

- Free play: with problem solving, questions, and answers

Classes minimum 6 hours a day
Maximum 20 people

Classes
- 3 days: 125€ / 175€ (after March 1st)
- 2 days: 90€ / 125€ (after March 1st)

Boarding
- 3 fantastic meals per day included
- 3 days 231€ + tuition

Use softening to uproot your opponent with any move, any form, and any art.
When the abdomen is completely relaxed, the chi can rise in the body spontaneously. The chi sinks (not by force) to the dan tien.
Respiration must be natural, so that your movement will be active and alert.
If the chi is cultivated naturally and with a quiet spirit, no harm will come. The chi will then flow without hindrance throughout your body.

Bridging Tai Chi and Water Style

We will be teaching an easy to learn two person mini form (six movement fighting set)

Side A is the bridge from tai chi to water style (yield and return)
Side B is the attacking side (knee/kick, chin na, fist, and elbow)

It's a great opportunity for all styles deepening their practice in martial arts.
