G13 Sports And Fitness Services is once again open for business, offering sports performance training for youth athletes and consulting services for those looking to prepare for the Name, Image, and Likeness landscape in high school and college. With my background as a Division 1 and professional athlete, as well as experience in commercial modeling and acting, I bring a unique set of skills and connections to help athletes achieve their goals. In addition to individualized training and consulting, I also offer services in corporate sponsorships, marketing, branding, business development, and coaching.

Many people are passionate about football, yet few grasp the true extent of the struggles athletes face. While it serves as entertainment for most, for the athletes, it’s their reality. The challenges of dealing with injuries, mental health, and long-term pain management are far more taxing than most realize. Since obtaining my medical card, I've become more open about my journey because I know many of my peers confront similar issues, yet society often discourages us from being vulnerable. The notion that we must constantly wear a mask of unyielding strength, without sharing our personal experiences of pain and suffering, imprisons many. It leaves numerous athletes and former athletes as mere shadows of their true selves.

I shared my story in "Courage in Cannabis" to inspire other athletes to speak out and share their own stories. By doing so, we can demonstrate that it is possible to grow and thrive despite the challenges, and use our experiences to support others navigating similar paths.
