It appears is the better trainer for her! A damn good Dad, Husband and Man. Our future Thanks You Sir 💪🏿
And did y'all know was such a beast slaying beautiful brute 😳😲 Look at her cranking out those inverted sit-ups w ease!
was their inspiration, their fit-spiration, their motivation & mentor... -ation 🤷🏿‍♂ and a damn good one of all of those she was to them and so many more.
Hmmm... I wonder if they ever accomplished doing a muscle-up....

Pick up a stone, Steve Maxwell said... The fitness you get from a simple stone could replace many of the seated assisted machines in your gym.
