Murph 2026 🇺🇸

Packed house all morning long! Many first Murphs, and first Murphs in a vest, and half Murphs with a partner, and a whole bunch of ‘I’ve lost count but still proud to be here” Murphs.

We filled the month with Hero WODs, and every day was a different kind of hard. All leading up to the big Murph Challenge.

This community knows how to show up, and we are so thankful.

Huge congratulations to the Berger family! Training with , they’ve become fast friends of CrossFit Polaris and we’re thrilled to see how amazing they performed in this year’s Open. Mason and Leah both qualified for Teen Semifinals(!), and .berger captured 1st place in the Men’s 40-44 Semifinals!

Shout-out to two of our teen qualifiers, Nora and Charlie Bosler! Nora qualified in the 14-15 age group, and Charlie, for his second year, qualifying in the 16-17 division. Their hard work in our NextGen program (shoutout to !), their high school sports, and the CrossFit Open speaks for itself. Congrats Nora and .chuck_ !!

Calling all .canale.50 friends and fans, because he’s our Member of the Month!

7 years at CrossFit Polaris and nothing can stop him now! Dave’s dedication to his health has allowed him to keep up with his wife , his dog, a few games of pickleball, and all his friends here at the gym. Consistency comes naturally to him now, and we’re all so lucky for it, because it means we get to see him almost every day! Congrats Dave!

Back-to-back features here with Renee Pozderac - our ✨ April Member of the Month! ✨

For the past 4 years, she’s been a model of consistency, showing up to the early classes and being a great friend and cheerleader to so many (can you tell??).

Her growth has been amazing to watch, from her big gymnastics milestones to taking on her first RX competition last year. And she does it all while balancing life at home with her twin toddlers... the ultimate workout!
