We focus on and offer a variety of functional training classes & programs designed to improve the fitness level and total well-being of each member. We offer parking in the Citrin parking garage located on Wall St. will validate your ticket. All monthly members & training clients recieve HR monitor with HRV training as well as onging InBody assessments. Classes include

On December 20th, we’re hosting the TRX Ignite Challenge at our studio… and we want YOU in it.

This is a 10-station functional fitness race built to push you, challenge you, and show you what you’re really capable of.

And the best part? You’ll be doing it alongside the same community that pushes you every day.

Here’s what you’ll hit:
• 7 strength stations
• 1k row + 1k run
• Solo or Duo divisions (Men’s, Women’s, Mixed)
Most people finish in 35–45 minutes, and every station is scalable.

Whether you’re chasing a podium or just showing up for yourself ... you belong here.

🏆 We've got prizes lined up for the top 3 finishers.
