Let me introduce you to RMS 8th grade QB Kennedy! She is one of them ones when it comes to this QB position. Kennedy told me she wants to be the best and said she is willing to work for it to make it happen. That’s all I needed to hear to put her in position to make it happen. My words to her is “Let’s go to work” 💪🏾🔥. She’s gonna be a top High-school flag football QB and a top college flag football recruit! If you are looking for a flag football QB, you better be knocking down her parent’s door now 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Before and after starts. We got a long way to go but she’s coming along. Not perfect, but we getting there. This is about 10-15 minutes of work to see how we can fix Rylee’s start. We gonna get there. With her natural strength and power she will be good this year in track, but I cant wait to get her in the weight room to create that weight room strength/power to go along with what she naturally have with speed mechanics, she will be great this year In track💪🏾

This is where the foundation is laid and the structure is built from ground up. The top QBs in the Tri-City are BILD made. Congratulations to our guy Sebastian Heard on his State Championship and being the top QB in his 2029 class. We are super proud of the Student athlete you have became and the work you’ve put in with us since 2018. The sky is the limit and we are looking forward to you getting plenty more state championships.

It was 9:05 in the AM on a Saturday and they, Kristin and Melisa were getting prepared for their 3rd day of death and it took me not even a minute into instructions before I got the middle finger from Kristin 😂😂😂. I love what I do 💪🏾. We back at it and they killing it. If I come up missing, just know it wasn’t me😂😂😂😂💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

I’m back to training Saturdays and Sundays and some weekdays full time during the offseason.
