The owner of GFI is a certified Group Fitness Instructor with more than 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, and more than 30 years of experience with tutoring students younger, older, and the same age as her. Come enjoy fun exercise sessions (Personal or Group), and tutoring for students of all ages. Teens and Adults can work on their physical fitness while the younger kiddos are working on their mental fitness.
