I love this blog so much and feel incredibly grateful to for writing it.🤍
Over the last 5+ years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Katie grow not only in physical strength, but in confidence, resilience, clarity, leadership, and the way she carries herself through hard seasons of life. She is one of the smartest, most intentional, and thoughtful people I know, and she is truly exceptional at what she does professionally. ✨
One of my favorite parts of coaching is realizing strength has very little to do with being the loudest person in the room. From my perspective, “quiet strength” is the ability to keep showing up through grief, stress, uncertainty, setbacks, exhaustion, and life transitions… while still treating people with kindness, humility, consistency, and grace.
Quiet strength is steady.
It’s resilient.
It’s dependable.
It doesn’t always draw attention to itself, but it changes people around it. 💚
Katie embodies that beautifully.
I’m thankful for the friendship, the trust, the support she’s given my business, and the reminder that growth in fitness, business, and life usually comes from consistency more than intensity. 💪🏼
Thank you again, Katie. I appreciate you more than you know.
