Many runners think knee pain starts in the knee. However, tight hips, quads, calves, and hamstrings are often the real culprit.

Add these 5 stretches to your routine:

✅ Quad Stretch
✅ Hip Flexor Stretch
✅ Calf Stretch
✅ Hamstring Stretch
✅ Figure-Four Glute Stretch

The best part? These stretches only take a few minutes and may help you move better, recover faster, and enjoy your training more.
