๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฅ and ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ stress are the most prominent stressors that humans endure. Any type of stress can be extremely ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ต๐ณ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ญ to your fitness/health. Other forms of stress include chronic dieting, lack of sleep, negative self talk, etc.โฃ

Stress is something that ๐๐๐๐๐ to be managed to ensure you will be able to see results with your fitness journey.โฃ

So to answer the question as to why I posted my woman and I, is because she brings nothing but peace, reassurance, stability, and happiness to my life. That doesn't mean we don't have an occasional conflict.. but its our astounding communication that gets us through the issues and makes us grow stronger as a couple.โฃ

If your relationship doesn't bring you growth, happiness, peace, and the other things mentioned above, you really need to think long and hard about what your future looks like with or without that person. Relationship stress is much more easy to manage (in my opinion) over the financial stress. You have way more control over the relationship side of things. You absolutely still have control of the financial side, but there are more factors involved overall.โฃ

Managing stress is just as important as your workouts, diet, amount of sleep you get, amount of water you intake, amount of steps you get per day, getting your micronutrient intake, etc.โฃ

If you make this a priority, you will notice a much higher quality of life, as well as, increased progress with your training and body composition.
