Bad Structural fire today in Forest City. Thankfully no winds to carry it the old gym building. Could have been a lot worse for other surrounding businesses. I think three businesses were heavily affected and im sure others with smoke damage. Good Job Forest City fire department and Polkville FD for getting it contained.

Last week chatting with a couple gym members from South Africa about smoking meats and grilling. Today they brought me some cool marinade and dry spices to try. The Monkey Gland sauce sounds interesting💪🏼
