Our 200-Hour YTT is also for anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice, understand yoga beyond the poses, and learn more about the practice they already love.

You’ll explore anatomy, alignment, philosophy, sequencing, meditation and more—all while spending eight weeks immersed in yoga and community.

And if you decide you want to teach afterward? You’ll be prepared for that, too.
