elp them be comfortable with movement standards. We will make sure that we have a solid foundation built before throwing you into a normal class. This way you are moving smart and safely, so we can get you acclimated to normal movement standards for workouts. This will also allow us to figure out areas that we may need to scale. Functional fitness is infinitely scalable, so do not be discouraged by any movements! We are all works in progress and if you put in the work, you will get the results!
