You're invited to spend a relaxing evening at the Ohio Statehouse with friends and family! Unwind this Thursday with our new 'Sketch and Stretch' series where everyone is invited to join in on art or yoga with free, guided instruction in downtown Columbus.



For both sketching and stretching, there are two, 45-minute sessions scheduled for 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. The event will take place outside at the West Plaza.



Can't make it this week? 'Sketch and Stretch' is scheduled for June, 11 and 25! We hope to see you soon.

Level 1 Reiki Training is happening May 19th and 21st.

Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing and energetic awareness. Participants learn the foundations of Reiki, receive an attunement, and develop a personal practice for daily self-care and grounding.

This training is facilitated by Destiny Ma’at Daniels, a Reiki Master, certified lactation specialist, childbirth educator, and breathwork facilitator, offering a holistic, client-centered approach to care. Destiny is the founder of Sankofa Love Designs and Ma’at Holistics and brings over nine years of experience as a full-spectrum doula, supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her work centers on informed care, embodied healing, and holding grounded, supportive space across all stages of life.
