⭐️Beyond the Air: The Art of the Ground & Transition⭐️

Ever nail a breathtaking trick in the air, only to land on the ground and think, “Uh, what do I do with my hands now?”

Getting into and out of your apparatus shouldn’t feel like a commercial break from your performance. This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between aerial acrobatics and seamless, expressive dance. You’ll learn how to command the floor, extend your lines, and make your entries and exits just as mesmerizing as your time in the air. ✨

🤸🏽‍♂️Acrobatic yoga –– finally the answer to the question on every aerialist’s mind: “What if my apparatus was another human person?” 🤔

In this 90-minute introduction to acroyoga, you will be stepped through the fundamentals of partnered poses and flows. Gain experience in “basing”, “flying”, and “spotting” as we explore an exchange of weight, balance, communication, and trust.

Prerequisites: This beginner-friendly workshop is open to all adults; no experience, or partner required.

Please note that acrobatic yoga includes activities requiring moderate-to-intense physical activities such as lifting, balancing, and supporting another person’s weight. Come and play with us!

This is your reminder to get your aerial in this week before we temporarily shut down for our annual maintenance week!

We know being away from the studio for a week can be rough! 😟 So while we’re busy re-rigging, cleaning, and inventorying, here are some ideas to occupy your time:

😴 Rest! Your body will thank you for it.
🏋️‍♀️ Stretch! Lift! Do floor-based conditioning moves at home!
💭 Mentally walk through the moves you have been learning in class!
📝 Make a list of skills you want to learn or improve upon!
✅ Organize all of those videos you’ve saved, yet somehow can’t find when you’re looking for them!
👃Meditate on how amazing the freshly cleaned fabrics will smell!

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we can’t wait to have you all back in the studio September 8!

✨🎪Has your child been dreaming of flying? We can fulfill that dream!🎪✨

Our Youth Gliders (Aerial Fundamentals) series is THE place to start! Designed for ages 10–14, this 4-week introductory class meets Saturdays from 10:00–11:00 AM, beginning August 8.

Students will build strength, confidence, and coordination while learning the foundational skills of aerial sling, silks, hoop, and trapeze in a fun and supportive environment. This is the required first class for all youth students beginning their aerial journey.

We can’t wait to welcome your child into the air!

🎪Looking for something fun before school starts? Join us for a Half-Day Aerial Fabric Circus Camp!🎪

Ages 6–14

Perfect for kids with little to no aerial experience! We’ll spend the morning learning exciting aerial fabric skills and poses in a fun, supportive environment. This camp is focused exclusively on aerial fabric, giving students plenty of time to build confidence, move, and have a blast in the air!
