Have you been curious about aerial arts but wondered if it’s “too late” to start? It’s not!!

This welcoming beginner workshop is specially designed with adults 40+ in mind—while still open to all adults who want to join.

🗓 Saturday, May 16th
⏰ 2:00–4:00 PM

Join fellow 40+ instructors Rachel and Michelle for a supportive, fun, and uplifting introduction to aerial movement. You’ll learn foundational skills in an encouraging environment where every body and every starting point is welcome.

No experience needed. No certain fitness level required. Just bring a willingness to try something new and discover what you’re capable of.

🎪Don’t Miss Our Aerial Youth Sampler Class!🎪

Does your child enjoy climbing, dancing, or hanging upside down on playground equipment? Ever thought about aerial arts for your child?

This Saturday, December 13th from 12:30–1:30pm, we’re hosting a special Youth Sampler Class for ages 6–14!

No experience is needed — just curiosity and energy!🤸🏾

This is the perfect chance for kids to explore different aerial apparatuses, have some circus fun, and see if they’d like to join a full-term introductory class session.

🌟 Ages: 6–14
🌟 When: Saturday, Dec. 13th • 12:30–1:30pm
