This woman, after her son told us she was 85, asked to hit SparBuddy. A bit concerned about her safety I asked her if she knew how to throw a punch and she replied, " We learned hand to hand combat in the Korean War. I was a nurse." She impressed everyone with the strikes and definitely have the audio on. This was one of my favorite parts of the weekend and shows SparBuddy is fun for all ages.

Check out Mikey Siano getting some work with SparBuddy today over at Coach Boxing. Mikey will be boxing at the LC Pavilion in the Arnold Pro Boxing event on March 1st.

We are happy to announce that SparBuddy will have a booth at the 2014 Arnold Sports Festival. The Arnold is the largest multi-sports festival in the nation and hosts 18,000 athletes competing in 50 events, including 14 Olympic sports.
