Reminder for All Members

To ensure our coaches can plan accordingly, please make sure you are signed up for class at least ONE HOUR before the scheduled start time.

If no one is registered one hour prior to class, the coach may assume there are no attendees and will not come in to open the gym.

Example: For a 5:00 AM class, registration must be completed by 4:00 AM. If no one is signed up by that time, the coach will not be at the gym for the 5:00 AM class, even if someone registers at 4:01AM.

This policy applies to all classes. Thank you for helping us respect our coaches’ time and keep class scheduling running smoothly!

Today we enjoyed our last workout (for a while) with Taylor before she welcomes her new baby into the world!
We are so proud of Taylor for showing up through her pregnancy and sticking with her fitness! She is one strong mom 💪🏼
