This International Women's Day 💛 we want to highlight one of our amazing members! Teri is a wife, mother, friend, athlete and all around inspiring woman! Check out Teri's story below:

"I have been at Solcioty for almost 6 years and taken over a 1000 classes, time flies when you are having fun! Solcioty means so much to me and over the years has provided me encouragement, support and love. When my mother passed in 2021, the staff and members showed so much compassion and prayed consistently for me and my family. I appreciate all their thoughtfulness.

The gym is family and is full of energy, enthusiasm and excitement. The staff makes you feel loved and appreciated as soon as you walk in. I would want any new member to know Solcioty genuinely cares about all aspects of your life- mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

I honestly love all the contests and team activities the gym promotes. Wicked Week has always been a favorite with the spooky exercise themed focuses. Thank you Solcioty for keeping me engaged and fit for these past 6 years! Y’ALL ROCK!!!"

This month's GOAT (drumroll please)... is Chad C! Chad has been a member of our SolFam since 2017 (!!!) and has taken over 600 classes! We are truly so thankful to have him in our studio; he's always ready to chat Georgia Football with our team 😜🏈
