First Family Fitness Studio is equipped with cardio machines as well as a large aerobic room. Classes currently being offered are: Body Sculpting, Bootcamp, and Zumba. We have certified trainers that offer personal training as well as lifestyle education classes to teach you how to live a healthy life. Researchers think it may be because swearing triggers a state of disinhibition.
