I get asked a lot what I eat for breakfast, and honestly, most mornings it's this shake.

81 grams of protein, oats for some quality carbs, and it takes about 2 minutes to make. Nothing fancy, just a simple way to start the day with a meal that supports my goals instead of working against them.

When life gets busy, convenience matters. Having something quick, high in protein, and easy to stay consistent with removes one more excuse.

Small decisions repeated daily are what create big results over time.
