We currently offer 1-on-1 lessons, small group lessons through our drop-in training, and team training. Our instructors consist of current coaches at the high school and collegiate level along with current and former collegiate/professional players. Strength training:
Starting with the young athlete we teach them the basics of exercise. These essential movements will carry over long into their ad
ulthood. Movements will in-compass all aspects of fitness including: Balance, stability, coordination, range of motion (flexibility), injury prevention, strength, and conditioning. Continuation of this program is essential should the athlete desire to play beyond the high school level. Development in strength, power, acceleration, rotational power, throwing power, and injury prevention will be the focus of this training. The goal for our high school athlete is to prepare them physically for their sport and beyond high school athletics.
