May got off to a busy start at Lou Berliner Sports Park, hosting the slowpitch softball portion of the National Senior Games which leads right into the Heart of Ohio Senior tournament. We will be looking forward to finishing out the month strong, with some great youth baseball and fastpitch tournaments. We are still holding onto hope that the weather will get better, and looking forward to seeing more of you all at the fields this summer.

One month in the books, and to say we had some wild weather come our way, would be a huge understatement. We appreciate your understanding, and patience with us during weather delays, and we are glad we got to end the month watching you all play in the 2023 MOJO Moneyball tournament! Now we can all hope for better weather in April. We have a busy month ahead of us with some baseball and fastpitch tournaments starting to get the bats out. Merchandise and service provider vendors (non-food vendors only) at Lou Berliner Sports Park are contracted through individual tournaments. Because the park is being rented out by individual tournaments, each tournament director has the right to bring in their preferred vendors. Lou Berliner Sports Park charges the tournament director a set price for each vendor based on the length of the tournament.
Because vendors are up to the discretion of the tournament director, the director may charge a fee to each vendor that differs from the fee Lou Berliner Sports Park charges to the tournament.

The sale of any merchandise or paid services will require a permit. Tournament Directors/Permit Holder must notify CRPD at least 7 business days in advance of all vendors attending the event. Once approved by CRPD, the permit holder will receive vendor set-up instructions and their on-site location.

The time is almost here - we are one month out from the first tournament of the year at Berliner! We are looking forward to seeing all the old and new faces back on the diamonds!
