Xclaim Centre for the Arts is a creative compassionate community with faith at the foreground! Training in Performing and Fine Arts for pre k through adult - for the recreational artist to the aspiring professional. Xclaim’s instructors provide excellence through professional experience and degrees in their fields of expertise. Our students excel both in and out of the studio, becoming leaders and young professionals among their peers.

Tilt & Turn finds muse in the change of seasons. Spoken word collides with diverse dynamic movement in four sections to contemplate and celebrate the changes in nature and their parallels in life. A reimagined version of the 2018 crowd favorite. Featuring choreography and script by Artistic Director Mariah Layne French along with choreography by Xclaim veterans Ella Chamberlain, J.Shannon Filmore & Corinne Wood. Due to constraints in our public funding, GCAC is closing the Funds for Artists and Artist Projects grant programs for 2025. In addition to these grant program closures, we have made significant operational expense reductions. We will continue to evaluate and update our budgets and grant guidelines as needed throughout the remainder of the year.
