CK Running, LLC is a partnership between Carrie Conway and Kathryn Ross. As the former Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of The Zombie Run, a 16-city nationally touring themed running series, Carrie is very familiar with logistics, permitting and the operation of all aspects of operating events across the county. In addition, Carrie has worked closely with the following events nationwide to

provide expert support with logistics and planning; Electric Run, Color me Rad, Color Run and many more. As a member of the 50 States Marathon Club, as well as the lead promoter for the Merrell Down and Dirty 5K/10K race in Philadelphia, Kathryn has a great understanding of the sport of running and can offer valuable marketing techniques and promotion. Join Team RWB’s Memorial Minutes Challenge!

May is when our country pauses to remember its fallen service members. Team Red, White & Blue is moving in their honor, and we'd love for you to join us.

Team RWB's virtual Memorial Minutes event runs May 1-25. We're challenging participants to move 40 minutes a day for 25 days and contribute to our community goal of 1.3 million minutes.

You can track your minutes doing whatever physical activity works best for you—running, walking, stretching, yoga sessions, functional fitness, or anything in between.

This is your opportunity to join Veterans, service members, and civilian allies as we move together toward Memorial Day and pay tribute to the 1.3 million Americans lost in service to our country over the past 250 years.
