I want to take this time to thank all the people that helped with the Dogg House Gym classic meet, make it a success. Without all these individuals this meet would never happen. First off, I want to thank Melanie Harrison that runs the meet table. Without her this meet will not happen. She puts all the numbers in and gets all the flights in order. Thank you so much! Next is the Judges, Jonah Matthew, from 740 Barbell. James Grandick ( who drove from Iowa) to help judge, and Dave Hoff. All these gentlemen are great and outstanding judges who I stand by there expertise and calls. All the Wonderful Ladies who helped run the spectators and Dogghouse Merch store. Gail Jackson, Kyla Anderson, Hayleigh Price, Becky Moeller, Ashley Hale and Jamie Harris. Thank all you ladies for taking time on Saturday to help. I want to thank Katarina Friz for taking videos and pictures of the meet, so all the competitors can see how they performed. Also Mike Mechlin (MECHTSC) for the sound and MC( announcing all the lifters . He makes the meet energetic and exciting for all the lifters and spectators. The food truck Lloyd’s Down Home Cooking LLC (Brittany McDaniel, Owen Lloyd, and Robert McDaniel) for all the great food and service. My sister Jamie Harris and My Mom( Yvonne Harris) for helping set up that Halloween decorations, Everyone loved it! Jacob Brown for helping me put all the equipment back after the meet was over. Thank you sir! All my loaders that helped me load the weights. Jake Marsee , who helped spot before he had to go to work at 12pm the same day. Jenn Newsome(Jeff Newsome Columbus Firefighter, Marcus Keeran, Morgan Happenny, and Steve French. And Holly Averesch for loading and running the rack. My sponsors ( Supzilla- Judah Nikman, Gregg) , Ultra Human (Jason Dhir) and Luke Edwards (Edwards Strong). Luke gave out his Edwards Strong Award. This award will be given out every meet the Dogg House Gym has. Everyone thought the award was amazing. Supzilla and Ultra human for there donations of supplements. Christina Eckert for donating for her Body Tempering treatments at the Dogghouse Gym. Greatly appreciated. Jason Dhir who has been friends with me for 30 plus years and goes out of his way to help us out. And to his wife and kids that made the trip out to drop off the donations. Thank you all! And to all the competitors that who signed up and made the trip to the meet. I have competitors from Kansas, New York and Tennessee and all over this great country. Also I want to thank another Judge whom actually lifted in this meet ( Tyler Roy). He has judged every meet the gym has had. Can not thank him enough. And also Phil McGlaughlin and Jonah Matthew for helping with all tech issues for live feed. And Dave Hoff for helping me run the meet. We are the meet directors and we both have are part in it. It has been asked why if I am the meet director would I help load the weights and spot. The reason is, If my friends are taking there time to load weights , then I am going to help them. Dave takes care of the other issues that I cannot address or see. Thank you sir! And to my Daughter Sarah Harris for designing the Dogghouse Gym Classic shirt for the meet. Was a big success, everyone liked them. And finally, to my beautiful wife Jennifer Harris. She runs it all. The store, the office, getting all the things situated. The set up of awards and getting the gym ready for the meet. Thank you so much for all you do for me! The staff that I have helping me each meet is what makes this Gym and Meets go so well. Without all these people helping, it would not happen. They are the reason and they deserve all the credit for this. The Dogghouse Gym will be hosting Erika Crist (FREAKSHOW MEET) on January 11th, 2026. And the next Dogghouse Gym meet will be The DOGGS of WAR in April.
