The gym space you know and love is now Elevate Human Performance.

Elevate is a new kind of gym that puts whole-body wellness at the center and empowers people to take their health into their own hands. With a non-traditional approach to fitness, the Elevate gym can be a place for people to find more than just equipment. It’s a community where people at every stage in their fitness journey can come together to find new ways to live healthier, happier lives. We're so excited for you to join us on this journey!

All 11athletics personal training is moving to 1 hour slots starting at 5:45am Monday through Friday. Train with Quintin, Ben, and Brian or a combination! Group sessions start every 45 minutes. YOU HAVE TO SCHEDULE IN THE 11ATHLETICS APP. See the schedule below!

Look good, feel good. Kick Obesity. Solve problems.

Obesity can lead to various health issues, such as diabetes, heart disease, joint problems, and more.

It's 2023, you should know how to eat right. If you make a mistake, don't make it an over-eating mistake. Focus on a balanced diet and exercise portion control. You don't need drugs to solve your problems. Keep in mind that there are two types of drugs, those that don't work and those that have side effects.

Moral of the Story. Eat less, exercise more. Don't over complicate your life with excuses and overthinking. Embrace discipline.
