30 days in on the MOTS-C + Sermorelin stack… and I’m honestly excited about where this is heading. 💪🏽

I locked in a red light sauna membership at and here’s the routine ⬇️

🧊 15 sec cold shower
🧖🏽‍♂️ 15 min sauna
🧊 15 sec cold shower

Running that twice a week 💪🏽

On the days I’m not there?
I’m hitting the sauna post-workout —
15-minute rounds + mobility + stretching
