It’s time to trade our frozen water for lake water and our skates for swimsuits at the LCSC Season Kickoff Party! 🏖️🩱🩴

Come join your LCSC family for an afternoon of fun, food, swimming, and plenty of time to catch up as we kick off an exciting season on the ice!

⛸️ Registration for Fall 1 Skating Classes opens NEXT WEEK! Mark your calendars—registration starts Monday the 27th and goes through August 16th!

Before we kick off a new session, we're wrapping up our current one. Next week is the final week of classes and Skills Testing Week! 💙

Whether you're just getting started or ready to continue building your skills in figure skating, hockey, or speed skating, Fall 1 is the perfect time to hit the ice.

📰 Boston-bound and making headlines!

Three of our four Lincoln Center Skate Club Excel National Final qualifiers had the opportunity to meet with sports reporter Ted Schultz from The Republic last week to share their excitement for the upcoming national final in Boston.

From early mornings at the rink to big goals on the national stage, these athletes have worked incredibly hard to earn their place among the nation’s best. We can’t wait for the community to learn more about them in an upcoming article.

⛸️ Excel National Final Skater Spotlight: Audrina Lehnert ⛸️

Today we're featuring Audrina Lehnert, one of LCSC's qualifiers for the Excel National Final!

At 9 years old, Audrina is the club's youngest qualifier. She will be competing in the Preliminary Plus event after earning a 15th-place ranking in the Midwest and 27th-place ranking nationally out of 400 skaters.

📚 School: ABC-Stewart Montessori School (4th Grade)
⛸️ Coaches: Emma Baxter, Kelley Morris-Adair, and Liz Fernandes
⭐ Favorite Skater: Alysa Liu
✨ Favorite Skating Element: Double Loop
🎶 Outside of Skating: She enjoys acro dance, horseback riding, gymnastics, singing, and spending time with animals

When asked what she's most excited about at the Excel National Final, Audrina shared: "Having fun competing!"

We love Audrina's enthusiasm and positive attitude. Qualifying for the Excel National Final at a young age is a remarkable accomplishment, and we are excited to watch her take the ice in Boston!

⛸️✨ A legacy of excellence continues! For more than 65 years, the Lincoln Center Skate Club has helped young skaters in Columbus, Indiana, build confidence on the ice.

Today at 3:00 PM, Olivia Abon and Coach Heather will be trading their skates for studio lights as guests on WISH-TV's Live.Style.Live!

They'll be proudly representing all four of Lincoln Center Skate Club's Excel National Final qualifiers and talking about their journey to Boston, the Lincoln Center Skate Club, and what it takes to compete on a national stage.

We are excited for them to shine a spotlight on the incredible opportunities figure skating provides for young athletes right here in Indiana!
