Hello everyone, Please join me at Taft's Brewpourium bar on Tuesday October 25th from 6pm to 8pm!
(Located in Franklinton on West Broad Street). I'll be hosting an open house for Bolivar Athletics. This is a free event! Appetizers and soft drinks will be provided. I'd like to emphasize to all the parents of aspiring athletes, this is a perfect opportunity for us to meet in person to discuss a performance plan to help your child meet their goals. Greetings everyone,
Most everyone knows how much I love running. But what you may not know, is that for a little more than a year, I’ve been quietly working on a passion project of mine.. I’m pleased to announce that I’ve started a running company. Providing performance coaching services to kids (10 years+) and adults . Primary services include education and coaching on running mechanics and technique, speed work, injury prevention, as well as endurance training and testing. Part of the business model is also hosting intense six week summer training programs for high school teams as a supplement to their off season conditioning. This helps keep teams in top shape for their fall season during times when schools cannot formally provide coaching and instruction. I coach athletes to excel at any distance, but my specialty is cross country, track and field events and for athletes who's training for a 5K all the way to marathons and beyond.

Save The Date! On 10/25/22 from 6pm to 8pm I'll be hosting an open house for Bolivar Athletics to celebrate and to answer everyone's questions.
