Tomorrow.

A new episode of The Ripple Effect drops featuring Mickey Jannis.

We dive into his journey to the big leagues… the grind, the setbacks, and the decision to bet on something different. The knuckleball. A pitch that changed everything.

This is about persistence, adapting when the path isn’t clear, and finding your edge when the game tries to move past you.

If you’re chasing something bigger, you’ll want to hear this one.

Episode drops tomorrow. Link in bio.

In case you missed it! New episode of The Ripple Effect Podcast is live.

We sat down with James Reeves, pitching coach at The Citadel, to talk about what development actually looks like. From an under-recruited arm at 81 MPH to SoCon Pitcher of the Year, getting drafted, and reaching AAA, his path is a reminder that there’s more than one way to get where you want to go.

This episode is centered around finding the right fit, not the biggest name. We get into discipline, preparation, and how handling pressure the right way is what separates players over time. It’s a real conversation about what it takes to build something that lasts.

If you’re serious about development, this is one to listen to.

At Ripple, we talk a lot about development, but behind every athlete’s journey, there’s a story that started long before the field.

For Joe Gunn, it started with his dad.

In this episode of The Ripple Effect Podcast, Joe shares how his father introduced him to the game, shaped his mindset, and played a major role in his path to becoming a high-level player.

This is more than baseball, it’s about foundation, influence, and the people who help shape who you become.

New Episode Drops Today at 3PM

Featuring our 14U Head Coach and Hitting Coach, Joe Gunn.

Make sure you tune in.

Do you actually SEE yourself at the next level?

In this clip from the Ripple Effect podcast, Jacob Bosiokovic breaks down the power of visualization in his journey.

Jacob didn’t just play; he pictured the future. In high school, he saw himself at Ohio State. In college, when the pro dream became real, he started visualizing the Big League field and committed to doing “whatever it took” to get there.

Even when he “hit a wall” as a hitter, his vision didn’t fade, it just shifted to the mound.
“Hope is not enough.” You need to see the goal, then outwork everyone to reach it. That is the Separator.

New episode is out now on YouTube and Spotify! Link in Bio!
