To our Falcons family,

Many years ago, a friend and I started the Fishers Falcons (which became the Indiana Falcons). Over the years, we have witnessed some amazing baseball, but even more impressive have been the family connections. Great memories were forged.

On a personal note, my family is entering the empty-nest stage, and I will spend time focusing on my home.

With that said, I will be retiring from coaching and handing off the Falcons to the next generation.

Coaches, thank you for making this possible. You have given so many hours without pay. Your dedication has impacted many lives.

There will be updates soon on tryouts for 2026-27 and coaching announcements.

11u -Zimmerman team with two awards for this weekend. Dax H had a slow start to season but has been scorching the ball lately, hitting .444 for the tournament.

Everett nailed a perfect throw to 3rd to get a base runner. He has been working hard to become a threat behind the plate.

We are actively seeking coaching candidates for the 2026-27 baseball year. This will be a commitment from August 1st, 2026- July 2027.
There has been successful growth in our teams and we have more interest in the program than coaches.

My goal is to have three teams within each age group, "A", "AA", and "AAA", that capture the range of skill levels seeking a chance to play.

Currently (2025-26 active season), we field the following:

10u "AA"
11u "AA"
11u "A"
12u "AA"
13u "AAA"
13u "AA"
13u "A"
14u "A"
17u "Open"

The biggest needs will be incoming (2026-27) 8u, 9u, 10u, an 11u second team, and a 12u second team. We had to turn away a lot of families last July/August during tryouts.

1. Have a servant's heart
2. Pass a comprehensive background check
3. Ability to lead players and families
