You can make your swing “longer or shorter”with your stride.
Over striding tends to create super front legged, pushy, swings that can’t adjust.
Too short of stride length tends to create over rotational, stuck, dumpy, bad posture, swings that can’t adjust.
One of the easiest things you can do is mark your feet to give you consistent stride moves. At times, every day feels different so it’s important to not let something like this that is so simple, create issues. Those issues tend to get misdiagnosed into other ones.
