What a way to finish a long day at the Albanian Open G1!

Congratulations to Grace Lodhi on earning SILVER while representing the USA with the AAU Cadet Team!

Grace was at the venue when the doors opened and ended up being the very last fight of the day. She literally opened and closed the venue and finished the day on the podium!

A huge thank you to Coach Jonathan Yoo for sitting in Grace’s chair and coaching her throughout the competition. We truly appreciate you being there for her.

Proud of you, Grace! Great job representing the USA on the international stage!

Great experience last week for Grace Lodhi.

Grace spent the week at the USA Taekwondo National Academy in Charlotte, NC for the first Tier 2 Athlete Training Camp, training alongside some of the nation’s top athletes and working with USAT coaches and staff.

Phenomenal opportunity and experience. Thank you Nikki Oliver and USA Taekwondo for investing in these athletes and their future!

Less than two weeks away and Grace Lodhi will be heading to Albanian Open with the AAU Taekwondo Team!!

The AAU USA National Taekwondo Team is getting ready for the 2026 Albanian Open G1 in Tirana, Albania, October 1–4.

A strong group of athletes and coaches will represent AAU Taekwondo on the international stage, competing against athletes from around the globe and gaining valuable international experience.

The work is done. The roster is set. Now it’s time to represent. 🇺🇸

Exciting Opportunity for Indiana Taekwondo Athletes!

Stephen McEwan and Apex Taekwondo will be hosting a Sport Poomsae Seminar on Saturday, September 26th.

This seminar is the first in a series of training and development opportunities being organized by Indiana AAU coaches, school owners, and clubs who are working together to help our athletes grow, improve, and reach higher levels in competition.

Whether you currently compete in Sport Poomsae or are simply interested in learning more, this is a great opportunity to train, improve your skills, and learn more about this growing area of competition.
