Exciting Opportunity for Indiana Taekwondo Athletes!

Stephen McEwan and Apex Taekwondo will be hosting a Sport Poomsae Seminar on Saturday, September 26th.

This seminar is the first in a series of training and development opportunities being organized by Indiana AAU coaches, school owners, and clubs who are working together to help our athletes grow, improve, and reach higher levels in competition.

Whether you currently compete in Sport Poomsae or are simply interested in learning more, this is a great opportunity to train, improve your skills, and learn more about this growing area of competition.

We will discuss:

Upcoming tournaments and competition opportunities
Training opportunities
Expectations for athletes and parents
Goals for the upcoming season
What it means to be part of the competition team
Questions from athletes and parents

Great article in The Republic about Grace Lodhi and her taekwondo journey. All the hard work is paying off as USA Taekwondo has recognized Grace as an athlete with long term potential and is supporting her growth through the National Academy Program.

Her selection is another example of the level of athlete development happening here locally at Total Taekwondo unmatched in Columbus Indiana and among the strongest programs in Indiana.

Congratulations Grace!! We are incredibly proud of you!

In his nearly-quarter century of coaching taekwondo, Total Taekwondo Master Robert Kelley can’t recall another athlete from Indiana being selected as a Tier 2 athlete to receive additional training for possible Olympic consideration.

Total Taekwondo will be traveling to the AAU Taekwondo Ohio District for the Cincinnati Taekwondo Invitational on OCTOBER 10th. Get registered now!!
