Please help River City Scuba in congratulating Henry Sandbergen, Robyn Miller, Helene Rosen, Sean Schwartz, and Beck McCullough in completing there Open Water Course. Also Henry Sandbergen, Robyn Miller, Sean Schwartz, and Beck McCullough completed there Peak Performance Buoyancy this weekend also. It was a great week of training with a great group of students.

River City Scuba was the host to 7 soldiers from Fort Benning, GA to conduct a Discover Scuba Diving Experience. Everyone completed and had a great time. Thank you to the Fort Benning, GA Boss program and all that attended. You all did a great job and it was a pleasure to have you at the shop.

We have scheduled an Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary & Secondary Care for Adults course on August 15th.
This course or a certified course is required for anyone planning to take the Rescue Diver Course in September, as participants must have a valid First Aid and CPR certification completed within the past two years.
Additionally, if you are interested in pursuing Instructor-level ratings, completing this course is an important step in meeting the prerequisites for professional-level training.
If you need to renew your First Aid/CPR certification or have not yet completed it, this is a great opportunity to get current and stay on track with your training goals.

We conducted a night dive on 18 July in Panama City Beach, FL with Panama City Dive Center. This second dive on the USS Red Sea a Freight Ship sunk as an artificial reef in June of 2009 was conducted after the sun was down and it was dark. The new life that comes out and the way the site looks so much different is amazing. Night dives makes you step out of your comfort zone and see an underwater world most will never get to experience.
